Lawrence Oloche Emmanuel is a Nigerian entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is the founder of Promiseland Estate. In May 2023, he was conferred with the national honour as Member of the Order of the Niger (MON) by the then President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, for his contribution to real estate in Nigeria.

Early life and education Emmanuel is a graduate of marketing from the University of Lagos. He was awarded an honorary doctorate degree from American Management University.

Career Before founding Promiseland Estate, Emmanuel ventured into logistics, telecommunication, power transmission and construction. In 2007, through his company, Fioloda integrity started in Lagos as a Logistics and Transportation company. In 2012, he moved into power transmission and construction, before finally moving into real estate in 2020.

Promiseland Estate Emmanuel founded Promiseland Estate in 2020. The Guardian Newspapers describes the company as dealing in real estate with the aim of providing affordable and luxury housing solutions to individuals and families.

Philanthropy The Promiseland Estate, in conjunction with the Defence and Police Officers Wives Association, DEPOWA, empowered families and widows of fallen Nigerian heroes and awarded plots of land to them, to celebrate the 2024 Armed Forces Remembrance Day. Emmanuel through his company also donated relief materials to victims of the Mangu communal crisis in Plateau State and rehabilitated some destroyed communities in the locality. The company also donated relief materials to victims of all faiths in Zonkwa town in Kaduna State and also commenced the training and empowerment of women and young girls whose businesses and sources of livelihood were destroyed in the Zango Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State by bandit attacks in the communities.

Awards and recognition Emmanuel was conferred with the Award of Excellence by the Police Service Commission (PSC) during their second edition of the Police Service Commission's Annual Awards Ceremony for his service to humanity. He is also a recipient of the African Leadership Award. In May 2023, he was conferred with the national honour as Member of the Order of the Niger (MON) by the then President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari for his contribution to real estate in Nigeria.

Personal life Emmanuel was born in Anpka, Kogi State, Nigeria. He is from Otupka, Benue State, Nigeria. He is married to Gift Emmanuel, the executive director of Promiseland Estate and the CEO of Cherry Skin Care, and they have three children together.
