Early Life
Chiamaka Cynthia Nnadozie was born on December 8, 2000.
Club Career
Nnadozie began her football journey by signing with Rivers Angels at the start of the 2016 season. Her exceptional skills played a pivotal role in Rivers Angels' victory in the 2019–2020 Season NWPL league. In January 22, 2020, she embarked on a new chapter by signing an 18-month deal with Paris FC.
International Career
Nnadozie showcased her talent during the 2018 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup, where she played all four matches. Her outstanding performance against Haiti earned her the prestigious "Dare to Shine" Player of the Match award. Subsequently, she represented Nigeria in various tournaments, including the 2018 Africa Women Cup of Nations and the 2019 Women WAFU Cup.
At the age of 19, Nnadozie made history by representing Nigeria in the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup in France. During Nigeria's match against Korea, she became the youngest goalkeeper to keep a clean sheet at the World Cup. Her remarkable skills also contributed to Nigeria's gold medal win at the African Games in Morocco.
On June 16, 2023, Nnadozie was included in the 23-player Nigerian squad for the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023. In the first game of the tournament against Canada, her stellar performance earned her the Player of the Match award, solidifying her reputation on the international stage.
