Allen Ifechukwu Onyema CON (born 1964) is a Nigerian lawyer and entrepreneur. He is the chief executive officer of Air Peace Limited, which he established in 2013.

Early life and education He was born in March 1968 in Benin City to Michael and Helen Onyema as the first of nine children. He hails from Mbosi in Ihiala Local Government Area Anambra State, Nigeria. Allen studied law at the University of Ibadan and graduated in 1987. He attended the Nigerian Law School and was called to Bar in 1989.

Humanitarian Efforts and Recognitions In September 2019, Onyema and Air Peace organized a free evacuation mission to bring back stranded Nigerians from South Africa following xenophobic attacks. The initiative was widely praised by both the Nigerian government and the international community. Over 600 Nigerians were safely repatriated as part of the effort, with Onyema personally welcoming the returnees and emphasizing the importance of national unity and support for fellow citizens. A video from Air Peace documented Onyema’s personal involvement in receiving the returnees, highlighting his message of hope and solidarity. For his humanitarian efforts and contributions to aviation, Onyema has been recognized with multiple honors. In February 2025, the Federal University Oye Ekiti (FUOYE) awarded him an honorary doctorate degree in recognition of his impact in business and philanthropy.

Personal life Onyema married his wife, Alice Ojochida Onyema (née Ejembi) from the Igala tribe of Kogi State, in 1993, and together they have four children.
